Privacy Policy

Last updated: 18 July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Mastery Coaching (“we”, “us”, “our”), operated by Amardeep Bedi, collects and uses your personal data when you use masterycoaching.ae and request our free resources or a diagnostic call. We are the data controller for that personal data.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR) where applicable, and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).

1. Who we are and how to contact us

Data controller: Mastery Coaching (Amardeep Bedi). If you have any question about this policy or wish to exercise your rights, contact us at amardeep@masterycoaching.ae.

2. The personal data we collect

We only collect what we need. Depending on how you use the site:

  • Contact details you give us — your email address, and your name if you provide it, when you request a free ebook or carousel, book a call, or email us directly.
  • Enquiry details — any information you choose to include when you contact us about working together.
  • Technical data — limited data our hosting and security providers process to deliver and protect the site (such as IP address and browser information).
  • Analytics data — where you allow it, we use Google Analytics to collect anonymised, aggregate usage data (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type) so we can improve the site. We enable IP anonymisation and ads data redaction, and we do not use advertising cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details and to change your choice.

We do not intentionally collect special category data, and the site is not directed at children.

3. How and why we use your data (lawful bases)

  • To send you the resource you requested and remember that you have unlocked the library — on the basis of taking steps at your request and our legitimate interest in fulfilling it.
  • To respond to your enquiry or arrange a call — on the basis of taking steps at your request prior to any agreement, and our legitimate interest in responding.
  • To send occasional related information where you have asked us to — on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
  • To operate, secure and improve the site — on the basis of our legitimate interests in running our business safely.
  • To measure how the site is used via Google Analytics — on the basis of your consent, which you can give or withdraw at any time through our cookie banner. In the UK, EEA and Switzerland analytics is off until you opt in.

4. Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers (processors) that help us run the site and communicate with you:

ProviderPurposeLocation
SupabaseDatabase that stores your request/contact detailsEuropean Union
ResendSending the resource and emails you requestUnited States
CloudflareWebsite hosting, delivery and securityGlobal content-delivery network
Google (Analytics)Anonymised, aggregate site-usage analytics — only where you consentUnited States

We may also disclose data where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

5. International transfers

Some of our providers (such as Resend) process data in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK or European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or an adequacy decision, so your data receives an equivalent level of protection.

6. How long we keep your data

We keep your contact details for as long as needed to deal with your request and our ongoing relationship, and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet our legal and business needs. When we no longer need it, we delete or anonymise it. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see your rights below).

7. Your rights

Under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR you have the right to:

  • be informed about how we use your data;
  • access the personal data we hold about you;
  • have inaccurate data corrected;
  • have your data erased in certain circumstances;
  • restrict or object to our processing;
  • data portability; and
  • withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent, without affecting earlier processing.

To exercise any of these, email amardeep@masterycoaching.ae. We will respond within one month.

8. Complaints

We hope to resolve any concern directly. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority. In the UK this is the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). In the EU you may contact your local data protection authority.

9. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including access controls and encryption in transit. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and act promptly if an issue arises.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised, and material changes will be reflected here.
